Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 in

 transparency

2.

Copy
your tube
paste as new layer
Adjust picture size
move it in the middle
from your picture

Change image size to 50%
move it to the left
under Raster2
Duplicate Layer
move it in the middle
Duplicate Layer
move it to the right
