Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 in

 transparency

 

2.

Copy
MD-dance Element15
paste as new layer
Change image size to 65%
move it in the middle
from your picture

 

3.

Copy
Your tube and paste it into your picture
Adjust picture size
move it to Raster2

 

4.

Copy
MD-dance Element08
paste as new layer
Change image size to 65%
move it under Raster2
in the middle
