           1.          

Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 in

 transparency

Copy
KBK_Andy-PinUpCute_KIT (17)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 75%
move it in the middle of your picture

Change image size to 55%
move it to the left
on your frame
we surround it with the whole frame
mine looks now

Mirror image vertically
move it to the right

 Go to Raster2
Frame level
take your wand and click in the frame
Change selection enlarge by 9px
Copy

paste as new layer
move it under your frame
Invert selection
Press the DEL key on your keyboard
Deselect

your tube
and paste it into your picture
Adjust picture size
move it in the middle
from your picture
