Open a new page in the size of 650 x 650 in

 transparency

Copy
DL Spring Creatures 2 Elements (24)
paste as new layer
Change image size to 65%
move it in the middle
from your picture

Copy
your tube
paste as new layer
Adjust picture size
move it to Raster2

4.

Copy

paste as new layer
Change image size to 65%
move it under Raster2

Copy

move it to the left
